2008 Holiday Sweepstakes Rules

Plastic Card Factory hereafter referred to as PCF.

No Purchase Necessary. Purchase of any of our plastic card products doesn't increase your chance of winning.

Grand Prize:

The winner will receive a GPS NAVIGON 2000. Approximate retail value of the prize is $249.00 USD. PCF reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, should the prizes become unavailable.

How to Register:

You will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes drawing when you complete and submit the require information in the registration form. All information submitted will become the property of PCF and will not be returned.

Eligibility:

Open to residents of the 50 United States except for PCF employees, judges, their affiliates, subsidiaries agencies or members of their immediate family of persons living in the same house hold.

Random Drawing:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 15, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to prove their identity by providing proper identification. In the event that notification to the winner comes back undeliverable, this may result in a disqualification and the drawing of a new winner. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

PCF assumes no responsibility for misdirected, lost or late entries or any technical or other malfunctions that may occur. Limit is one prize per person. There is only one entry per contestant. Entrants agree to abide by the rules of the sweepstakes and the decisions of PCF which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes.

This sweepstakes is governed by all laws of the United States Government, Federal, State and Local Laws and Regulations.

General Rules:

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for PCF to use winner’s names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By entering this sweepstakes, participants hold harmless and release any claims, all employees, officers , directors, agents, affiliates , corporation and PCF entity from any all liabilities, any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes, contest or prize.

Any attempt by a contestant or any other individual to damage or undermine this sweepstakes may be violation of the law. PCF will seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos (including, without limitation, the individual names of products and companies) are the property of their respective owner, who have no association with and do not make any endorsement of the products or services provided by Plastic Card Factory, Inc. GPS NAVIGON 2000 is shown for illustrative purposes.
